The modules (AT-BL-2) can be mounted or stacked on one level according to the space available in the company, or the convenience of the operator, in fact, the hot, dry air produced by the generator (GCO) can easily be switched at any direction through special sleeves flexible and antistatic. The size and scope of the dry air generator are properly adapted to the number of modules installed, it works in fully automatic mode after setting the appropriate digital tools, which have the function of maintaining constant temperature and humidity of the air used for the treatment best crop. The proper placement of probes that run the system gives us a treatment almost perfect product. The modules (AT-BL-2) in hot galvanized steel are designed to hold two round bales and are very robust to possible impacts of tractors during loading of the machine. They contain the air channels that are independent of the supporting structure and each module is equipped with four double-acting pneumatic piston which allow the lifting and lowering of the movable platen permettedo loading and the subsequent closing and sealing the round bales of hay from wet treated. Complete the loading will begin entering the air in the bale from above and below forcing her to go through the hay guaranteeing us a quick and perfect processing of fodder. The modules are also equipped with shutters that allow us to direct the air in the desired direction and then the ability to exclude a part of the machine, or to treat the bale from the bottom only for a few minutes (theater system) if the product is in phase fermentative.

The time needed to dry a bale can change considerably, as it depends on numerous elements, such as:

• Ambient moisture
• Product moisture
• Ambient temperature
• Bale weight and compactness
• The generator setting
